Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank You for shopping with us. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the products we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions in our company. It is important to remember, that by placing an order or making a purchase from us, you agree to our terms and conditions [TA1] along with our Privacy Policy.

Face Masks

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ordered products, but due to the nature of this product and the ongoing pandemic, masks cannot be returned; unless it’s due to a product defect. We do not accept a change of mind return.

If you come across a manufacturing defect/flaw, please contact us with a picture as evidence and we will be happy to replace your order with a good quality product.  

Activated Carbon Products

1.      If you are not satisfied with the products contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will be happy to refund you the amount spent.

2.     The product must include the original tags and packaging.

3.  If your product is damaged, defective, expired, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us with a picture as evidence and we will be happy to send you a replacement.
